I have been apprenticing with Premasudha for over a year. I find her extremely pure-hearted, ethical, with enormous compassion for humanity.

All Premasudha wants to do is to reduce human suffering by helping people learn how to weave in their eternal Essence into their human minds, bodies, and lives.

To this end, she has spent more than three decades studying with spiritual masters, including Amma, the famous Indian Hugging Saint, and serving humanity - without the support of any organization or family.

Premasudha assists on every level: energetically; through life-changing bodywork; making videos for her You Tube channel: Wisdom and The Feminine Spirit; writing; teaching; and prayer work.

I could not have become the woman I am today without her. She teaches me what society does not - how to deeply care and love myself, which frees me up in so many precious ways. Now I know what peace, fulfillment, self-awareness, and true personal power really feel like, in a lived-life experience.
